Our Work

The projects within Root, Rhythm & Routine are connected through the shared values of food, wellness, and travel. Together, they explore how food connects us to culture, sustainability, community, and overall well-being. Through mindful living and global experiences, these projects inspire healthier routines, meaningful connections, and a deeper appreciation for the ways food can educate, nourish, and transform our everyday lives.

Gardening

Building my garden from scratch has become a meaningful expression of Root, Rhythm & Routine. I transformed an empty space into an English-style garden with a thriving vegetable garden, reinforcing my connection to seasonal food, sustainability, and mindful living. This project reflects my belief that gardening, cooking, and sharing meals are all connected, creating a deeper appreciation for the food that nourishes us every day.

Branding

Building the Root, Rhythm & Routine brand has been a journey of learning and growth. Starting from scratch, I've developed skills in branding, social media, content creation, website design, photography, and video production while creating an authentic online presence. This ongoing project reflects my commitment to lifelong learning, purposeful storytelling, and building meaningful connections through food, wellness, and education.

Travel to next destination - keep an eye on this page to see where we could go next

Travel is at the heart of Root, Rhythm & Routine, connecting food, culture, wellness, and the places that nourish us. Through domestic and international journeys, I explore local food traditions, sustainable practices, and culinary experiences that inspire intentional living. Follow along as I share discoveries from around the world—and perhaps join me on a future adventure.

Urban Agriculture and what it looks like for our future

The Cultured Kitchen project explores the connection between food, culture, community, and sustainable food systems. Inspired by urban agriculture and Tiny Gardens Everywhere, this experience deepened my understanding of local farming, food access, and environmental resilience. Through volunteer work with urban gardens and local farms, I continue to explore how food can strengthen communities and promote lifelong wellness.
